Cocktail Mix

Mix in a blender one ripe banana peeled
2 1/2 cups Apple juice 100% no sugar added
One ripe mango
One ripe papaya
Blend so its creamy and smooth
Hand stir in 3 Tablespoons Nekton Lori if your not already using some kind of vitamins
Freeze. Lasts a couple weeks in freezer

Frozen Grapes Makes Approximately Four Trays

Fill blender with red grapes to the top.
Fill with water to half way point.
Pinch of white granulated sugar. (personal preference)
Blend thoroughly, should be the consistency of a frozen daiquiri.
Pour into large ice cube trays and freeze.

Frozen Pears Makes Approximately Four Trays

Fill blender with peeled Bartlett pears.
Fill with water to half way point.
Pinch of white granulated sugar. (personal preference)
Blend thoroughly, should be the consistency of a frozen daiquiri.
Pour into large ice cube trays and freeze.

Frozen Apples Makes Approximately Four Trays

Fill blender with peeled Red or Golden Delicious apples to the top.
Fill with water to half way point.
Pinch of white granulated sugar. (personal preference)
Blend thoroughly, should be the consistency of a frozen daiquiri.
Pour into large ice cube trays and freeze.

Microwave cube(s) warm to the touch and serve.
